Complaints Procedure
We take pride that complaints are few and far between and over the years we have thousands of happy clients.
We have however established a procedure to deal with any client who is unhappy with the service he or she has received from our firm.

If we are unable to explain the action we have taken on your behalf and reach agreement with you you can then avail of the complaint facilities provided by the Law Society. www.lawsoc-ni.org.
